Refund and Exchange Policy
IMPORTANT
Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Accessories, Gift Cards, etc.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the complete unboxing video.
REFUNDS
1. Refund is only allowed if there's a manufacturing defect with the product.2. It has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Request for Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
4. It is mandatory to send a complete unboxing video of the package otherwise the refund request will be rejected.
5. We do not have the facility to refund the products for change in size, color or preferences.
6. Processing fee of INR 199 will be levied per order on any refund request.
Exchange Policy:
