IMPORTANT

Our refund and returns policy lasts 24 hours. If 24 hours have passed since the delivery, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned like Accessories, Gift Cards, etc.​
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with the complete unboxing video.

REFUNDS

1. Refund is only allowed if there's a manufacturing defect with the product. 
2. It has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Request for Refund placed after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. 
4. It is mandatory to send a complete unboxing video of the package otherwise the refund request will be rejected. 
5. We do not have the facility to refund the products for change in size, color or preferences. 
6. Processing fee of INR 199 will be levied per order on any refund request. 

Exchange Policy:
Important: If the above process is not followed, we will not be responsible for any refund/exchange and no exceptions will be provided. Any refund or exchange request is at the discretion of The Purple Chique.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

EXCHANGE

1. Exchange is only allowed if there's an issue with the size.
2. It has to be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
3. Request for exchange placed after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted. 
4. We do not have the facility to exchange the products for change in color or other preferences. 

 

SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
